The Security Manager, assigned to a specific client, will be responsible for developing and implementing a high degree of effective security strategies and policies, overseeing incident and crisis management activities, providing security-related counsel, and completing dedicated security functions. This role involves coordinating with vendors, writing comprehensive reports, developing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training staff in de-escalation techniques and emergency response protocols.
High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or security experience. Law enforcement experience preferred with three or more years of concierge-level security services experience. An IL PERC license, Firearm Control Card (FCC), First Aid and CPR certifications, are required.
