The Operations Manager will coordinate Pinkerton's service delivery functions within an assigned geographical area. This role conducts on-site quality checks to ensure compliance and productivity while fostering communication with stakeholders and vendors. The Manager supports employee engagement, oversees administrative operations, and ensures all services adhere to Pinkerton's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Conduct on-site quality checks and post inspections, ensuring compliance with all requirements
    and policies, while maintaining staff workload balance and enhancing operational productivity.
  • Address questions and concerns from internal/external stakeholders promptly by fostering open
    communication.
  • Engage employees in performance discussions, set clear expectations, and provide constructive
    feedback to support a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct timely and objective interviews to align candidate expectations with organizational
    values and skill requirements. 
  • Serve as a liaison to vendors across business divisions while monitoring vendor performance to
    ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Act as subject matter expert, advising on security operations across departments.
  • Handle inquiries with a customer-focused approach, troubleshooting any issues that arise and
    implementing timely solutions.
  • Oversee general administrative and operational functions including approving employee time, and
    vendor invoicing.
  • Support and coordinate the scheduling of internal employees and contractors in collaboration with
    the internal scheduling and dispatching team.
  • Ensure all services are conducted in a timely and professional manner and aligned with
    Pinkerton’s Service Delivery Standards.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least three years of security operations and/or business management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

Working Conditions:
